No need to be a member of a gym or have your own home equipment - Fit 4 Life has it's own unique gymnasium comprising of 4 cardiovascular machines and 11 commercial “pulse” resistance machines it has all the equipment you need to achieve.

 

Nicci will devise individual fitness programmes designed for YOU, and aimed specifically towards your aims and goals. A variety of programmes are available from home workouts to water workouts. You will be closely monitored, advised and motivated. Online advice and regular contact is available to help you achieve the results you are looking for, whether it's weight loss, Stamina and Endurance or improved fitness, confidence and self esteem. I’m very passionate and motivated about the work that I do, I encourage clients to stay focused and succeed, to lead healthier fitter lives, after, just a few weeks of training.

Fit 4 Life offers diet and nutrient programmes and advice on “what to eat” to change lifestyle habits. Fit 4 Life offers the 'personal shopper' service, and advise on the healthier options of what to buy.

The Service provided:

Fit 4 Life offers a FREE hour informal consultation, discussing your aims and goals. (Weight loss, improved fitness levels, etc)

A Fitness test is agreed and programmes devised, with regular fitness tests.

Ideally I expect to see the client twice a week. Programmes will be gradually progressed and modified when necessary.
