Handy carbohydrates snacks that are lower in fat and higher in fibre than chocolate bars
Choose cereal bars that do not contain hydrogenated fats or palm oil, instead opt for ceral bars which list oats dried fruit or nuts higher than the sugar content listed on the ingredients panel.
Avoid yogurt coated bars as the coating is mostly hydrogenated fats and sugar.
